2. DATA COLLECTION IN RESEARCH PHASE

As we are currently in a "closed beta" and "under construction" phase, data collection is limited to:

• Voluntary email submissions for our waitlist.
• Anonymized interaction logs with the "Prototype" chat interface for training purposes.
• Basic analytics regarding geographic traffic patterns.

3. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

• Train and refine our Generative AI models (specifically for industrial context).
• Notify you of Phase 1 deployment (Q4 2025).
• Monitor against malicious use of our public API endpoints.

4. CANADIAN DATA SOVEREIGNTY

All primary data processing occurs on servers located within Canada. Cross-border transfers are encrypted and compliant with PIPEDA.
