TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing the ASMfactory preview site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. PROTOTYPE STATUS

You acknowledge that the AI Chat interface is a Prototype. It may produce inaccurate, hallucinatory, or incomplete information. It is not intended for critical industrial control at this stage.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The name "ASMfactory", "Automating the Impossible", and all underlying algorithms, mesh architectures, and visual designs are the exclusive property of ASMfactory Inc.

4. RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer the API calls made to our backend.
• Use the chat interface to generate harmful or illegal content.
• Attempt to bypass the "Under Construction" access controls.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
